The company helps the financial aid offices of colleges and is involved in the application, processing, and customer service aspects of the financial aid process. In the 2023-24 academic year, the FAFSA form changed drastically, the application window shortened, and deadlines did not change. I provided consultation for the most effective training solution that would use the company's current resources and could be implemented within one month to ensure employees are able to perform their job duties when the FAFSA becomes available in December 2023. I also provided recommendations for the company to consider for implementing training in the future since the form is unlikely to change for many years.
